Shipping and Payment

Free ground shipping within Canada. GST/HST applied at checkout. The northern territories and Nunavut must choose Expedited at checkout as ground shipping is not available to these locations.

Address Changes and Cancellations

We use a 3rd party fulfilment service to ship our orders. This means that it may not always be possible to cancel your order regardless of the reason. Please check to make sure the shipping address you have on file with eBay and PayPal is your most recent address. We can only ship to your confirmed PayPal address. We cannot change a shipping address once an order has been placed, you are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct. We cannot provide refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address if we shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Return Policy

Returns maybe be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% if the item is not in like new condition, and up to 50% if the item is returned missing manuals, accessories, or the original product box. Defective items will be replaced if stock is available, and refunded if stock is not available. Video games can only be returned if they are unopened in their original shrink wrap.

Items shipped from November 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018, may be returned until January 31, 2019, for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed above.
