Return policy

 

  1. We offer a 30 Day Warranty for any items that are defective or not-as-described.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  3. If the item is new but defective, we can accept a return even though it's been opened.
  4. If the item is new it needs to be returned unopened to receive a full refund unless the reason is that it's defective or not-as-described.
  5. When we receive the item back we check to match the Serial number and may test it to determine it's condition and functionality.
  6. Once this process is finished we will finalize and issue the refund.
  7. **A refusal of return or 15% restocking fee will be charged for the following reasons**
  8. The item returned not in it's original packaging.
  9. The item returned is different than what was purchased.
  10. The item returned has signs of damage or arrives in different condition.
  11. The item returned has a different serial number than the original item sent.
  12. Return reason being "No longer needed".
