We are happy to provide you with 30 day returns, however special event items such as prom, wedding, etc. are not eligible for return.  Special exception/arrangements maybe made, please contact to discuss further.  We do not pay for return shipping charges, unless the listing was in error.  Items returned must be in their original condition in order to be refunded.  There is a 20% restocking fee.
