What are they?
This promotional series was released in the month of February 2018 in the Netherlands only
Officially licensed Nintendo product!
There was also a limited edition coin series (Set of 4) available separately- check my other listing!
Whats in the set?
There are 24 coins to collect in this set - all different characters from the Mario Kart 8 Series on Wii U/ Switch
6 Of the coins are the random power ups that you find on the race track (Star, Banana, etc.)
The Character coins feature the Character with their kart on the front , and their outline portrait on the back
The Power ups feature the type of power up on the front, and the ? Blocks they are found in on the race track on the back
The
coins in the set can be equipped with colorful rubber wheels, these are
like "tires" and you can roll the coins on the ground as if they are
"racing" with these rubber rings - or just display them in your
collection!
Each coin purchase includes 1 RANDOM RUBBER WHEEL COVER
- you may request specific colors for some or all of your coins -
please include in customer notes, or message me which colors you'd like ! if i do not receive a
message/note/response - i will send the best appropriate themed color
for your coin

Some of the power up coins have unique properties!
Red mushroom has a holographic 3d effect
Green Shell is incredibly shiny as you pan it
Super
Star power up is claimed to be glow in the dark on its' outer ring - i
do not guarantee this , but it is what the manufacturer stated.
Each coin has a little number on the front from 1 - 24 , symbolizing which coin in the series it is!
Coins Measure Approx 1 inch and Weight Approx ~ 1oz (a tad more with rubber wheels)
Each coin is appropriately labeled metal or plastic resin

CONDITIONS OF COINS
The front coin character graphic may be off center by ~1mm (manufacturing issue)
The coins may include light scuffs
Some coins may have the front graphic and rear graphic upside down when you flip the coin - this was also a manufacturing issue
In my opinion, these hardly detract from the beauty/aesthetics - but i am stating that they may be a possibility -
