The record VG+ ~ Vinyl has a nice gleam and is in wonderful shape with a couple very minor markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever. 

The sleeve is VG+/VG~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, there is a small cutout near the top right corner, the corners have some minor dings, the edges have light wear and creasing with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
