According to Canada Goose's sizing guide, this should fit someone with a 32.5" - 34" chest, 27.5" - 28.5" waist, and 33" - 34.5" hips.

The arms and body are slightly shorter and the jacket is slimmer than a standard size XS to accommodate a smaller/shorter adult.

The coat is in overall good condition but there is signs of wear on the arms which can be seen in the photos as lighter patches which is where the material is worn. There are small tears next to the cuffs of which there is a close up photo for your viewing. The rest of the jacket is largely free of wear.

I wore this coat daily for 3 winters and the wear is consistent with its use.
