All duties, customs fees and brokerage charges for shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for information prior to purchase. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE SHIPMENT TO GERMANY AND ITALY.

Please contact us within 3 days if your item arrived damaged. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days. You must keep all contents and packaging for 10 business days. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us. Failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim.

After receiving the item and it is accepted**, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. MyPerfumesUSA will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

**All returns are reviewed by our Quality Control department. Any item that has been opened, not in its original condition or damaged in any way by customers is non-returnable. You must contact us via email to obtain a return authorization number for your return. Return authorization number should be displayed clearly on the package where it can be seen easily. Items with no return authorization number, improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
