Some advice

This PCB is for 3S 11.1V Li-ion battery pack.
Use Ni tape to connect cell positive and negative,then use soldering to connect Ni tape to PCB point.
On the top of PCB, you can see B+, B+ connect with Cell 1 positive pole.
B-, B- connect with Cell 3 negative pole.
B1, connect with Cell 1 negative pole and Cell 2 positive pole.You should connect cell 1 negative and cell 2 positive together here.
P+,Battery output/charging positive pole 
On the back of PCB,you can see
B-,connect with Cell 3 negative pole.
B1,Cell 1 negative pole and Cell 2 positive pole 
B2,Cell 2 negative pole and Cell 3 positive pole ,you should connect cell 2 negative and cell 3 positive together here.
P-,Battery output/charging negative pole
P+ Battery output/charging positive pole 
B+,B+ connect with Cell 1 positive pole
