- Shipping
- Fast and Free shipping covers all shipments to the lower 48 states. Items purchased by 1pm CST Monday Through Friday are shipped the same day. Items purchased after 12:00pm on a Friday, a holiday, or during the weekend will likely be shipped the next business day. We only ship to addresses on file with eBay and or Paypal. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS.
- Order Cancellation
- Upon payment, the sale will be considered complete and the purchased item will be scheduled to ship. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so BEFORE the payment is made.
- Payment
- Please pay within 7 days of the purchase date. Otherwise, an unpaid item case will automatically be opened. We accept Paypal or credit cards as a form of payment over the phone. Just request our contact information from ebay.
- Texas Sales Tax
- An 8.25% sales tax is collected on all eBay purchases shipped to a Texas address. Please contact us prior to payment if you qualify for tax exemption. (Any sales tax paid will not be refunded.)
- Warranty
- All sales include a free 30-day warranty that covers items that are not as described. Items that are incompatible or mistakenly purchased may be returned within the 30-day window, but they will incur a restocking fee equal to the cost of shipment incurred on our end. (All of our items bear our logo, the "power button" stamp, and some also include a warranty sticker. Please do not remove either of these QC markings or the item cannot be returned and all warranties will be voided.)
- Ending Auction Early
- We reserve the right to end any listing or auction early, as all items are also available for local sale.
- Feedback
- Please do not leave negative feedback! We are willing to resolve any issue, no matter the circumstance. Negative feedback does not help anyone!
