How deep is this Simba mattress?
This Simba is 19cm, which fit pretty much any standard sheets just fine.
Is there a weight limit for the mattress?
Our Simba Mattress is designed for all sorts of body shapes. Our 3-year warranty covers a maximum weight limit of 16 stone (101kg) per sleeper for our mattress.
Are you environmentally friendly?
We make an effort to ensure that the manufacturing process for Simba is as environmentally friendly as possible. We ensure 100% of waste foam from the manufacturing process is sold on for use in other products, such as flooring underlay and dog beds. The mattress is also rolled and delivered in a box to reduce the carbon footprint effect during delivery.
Will I be able to get the mattress back in the box or roll it back up again?
Once out of the box, there's no way to get the mattress back inside without specialist equipment, and we don't recommend attempting to fold or roll it otherwise this may damage the layers inside.
Can I use an electric blanket with my Simba?
Yes, just keep in mind that a cooler room can help you get better sleep.
Does your range meet all fire & safety requirements?
Absolutely. Simba products comply with UK fire regulations BS7177 Low hazard for domestic use - the strongest in the industry.

Who do you deliver with?
All mattress only orders will be delivered by either AO Logistics or UPS.
How big is the box?
All sizes except a Single are delivered in a 50x50x106cm box. The box size for a Single is 36x36x107cm. They can all be recycled. You don't have to keep any packaging, so feel free to dispose of the box.
My mattress arrived, how do I set it up?
Just open the box and unroll the mattress on your bed base. Use a cutting tool to carefully cut the plastic. Then remove all the packaging and watch your Simba rise to the occasion. It's safe and ready for use within three to six hours, though it might take up to 72 hours for it to expand completely.
Will the mattress have a smell when I first open it?
We're embarrassed to bring it up, but you might notice a slightly unusual smell in the first few nights - fresh-out-of-the-box foam can be like that. Once it's had a chance to air out for a few days that will fade away and won't come back.
Which way up does the mattress go?
You'll want the soft, hypoallergenic surface under you as you sleep, and our mattresses don't flip thanks to their unique layered support system. Because they're designed to be rotated, there's no top or bottom end.
Do I turn my mattress over regularly?
All our Simba mattresses are non-flip since our unique layering system is designed to offer incredible one-way support. Just turn it once a month for the first 3 months, then every 3-6 months for the rest of its life.
What base should I put my Simba on?
Our mattresses are designed to work on any supportive and dedicated mattress platforms - it’s best on a sprung or rigid slatted bed frame, or a divan/box-spring. If you choose to use a slatted bed frame, please ensure the slats are no greater than 3 inches apart.
How does the 200 night return policy work?
Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and our customer service team will help you. Due to the global pandemic situation, all collections are currently suspended. Once the service resumes back to normal, we will organize the collection of your item for free and process your refund. If you prefer to return the item by your means, please note the return cost will not be refunded.
How long does the return take?
Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked by our returns team and for the return to be processed.
Are returns free?
All returns collected by Simba are free of charge.
How does the refund work?
Once your Simba has been collected, our courier will give us the heads up and we'll process your refund. The money will be returned through your payment method, usually within 14 working days of us receiving the return.
