Sabichi branded round pizza crisper trays. Suitable for cooking fresh or frozen pizzas in the oven, the ventilation holes allow heat to bake the entire crust creating crisper pizza crusts. Although designed for pizzas, the tray could also be used to cook oven chips.
Made from carbon steel with a non-stick finish. Oven safe up to two hundred and thirty degrees (gas mark eight). Suitable for hand washing only.
