PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We think that you are going to love our nano bubble bar air stones. They are made from quality stone which is housed in a durable plastic casing.
 
The nano sized bubbles created by these air stones can facilitate an easier exchange of dissolved oxygen into the water than the larger bubbles created by regular air stones. 
 
Their low flat profile allows them to be placed under objects or substrate to create the appearance of bubbles emerging from under the object or substrate. Each nano bubble bar also comes with a suction cup and clip to enable you to position your air stone exactly where you want it.
 
There are 3 lengths to choose from, 10cm, 20cm or 30cm, which are all 3.7cm wide. This is much wider than other bubble bar style air stones. This extra width enables you to create a wall of bubbles 2 or 3 times larger and more visually stimulating than regualr bubble bar air stones.
 
There are also 2 coloured stones to choose from, grey carborundum stone and white corundum stone.

HELPFUL INFORMATION TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN PURCHAISNG NANO BUBBLE BAR AIR STONES
 
  • Prior to first use, always soak the air stone in clean fresh water for at least 30 minutes.
  • To produce the nano sized bubbles that this air stone creates, the stone used is much denser and the holes are much smaller than in regular air stones. This means that more air pressure is required to be able to push through the stone and create the bubbles than with regular air stones. If you notice that bubbles are only being created around the edge of the air stone, or if a section of the air stone is not producing bubbles, this indicates that not enough air pressure is reaching the air stone and therefore parts of the air stone are not being filled with air meaning they cannot produce bubbles. You will need to increase the air pressure that is reaching the air stone by shortening the distance from the air pump or by upgrading your air pump to a model that is suitable for operating this air stone. 
  • Occasioanlly cleaning your air stone with warm soapy water will help your air stone perform to its optimum for the longest duration possible.
  • NEVER clean any air stone with bleach.

NOT AS DESCRIBED RETURNS

If your order arrives damaged, if a product is faulty, or if we send you the incorrect item, please contact us via ebay message. Please provide a description of the issue as well as some photos or video that clearly depict the problem or issue that you are describing. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually to inform you how we are going resolve the issue but sometimes to request further information. If the issue is deemed to be caused by us we will cover postage costs.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you change your mind about a purchase, either while it is in transit or once it arrives, and you have not used the product or damaged the packaging, you are welcome to return the product for a full refund minus the postage costs that we spent to send the product to you. Open a return request via ebay and choose "changed mind" as the reason, you will be directed how and where to send the return to. Once we receive the return and you have confirmed that you agree for our postage fees to be deducted, your refund will be processed.

ITEM NOT ARRIVED REQUESTS

All orders are posted with tracking. Prior to opening an "item not received" request please check the tracking number via the Australia Post website. If the tracking shows that your delivery has not arrived by Australia Posts' expected delivery date, it is possible that the delivery is delayed. Please keep in mind that we have no control over the postage speed of your order other than to ensure that we get your order into the mail as quickly as possible. We also have no control over the condition a delivery arrives to you, other than to take as much care as possible to package it in such a way that it has the best chance of arriving safely.
