Delivery:
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment.
All item are packing very carefully and safety.
Delivery time is 2-3 business days after dispatch on Mainland.
All of our items are sent tracked which will update on your account once the item has been dispatched.
If you have some special preference for delivery, please ask before you purchase/ bidding.
International shipping, if it possible, is done via Global Shipping Programme.
Another shippimg is possible after agreement (ask before bidding/purchase).
I don't take responsability for your own shipping.
General rules:
I sell VINTAGE items, which means they are old and used by other people.
All items sold by me are cleaned and tested. Before the sale I always test the equipment for many hours.
I will always describe things correctly and honestly.
You will receive exactly what has been described and photographed.
Unfortunately, I have been the victim of fraudulent returns.
As a result, all items are security marked/tagged, including void stickers.
Should items be returned and the void sticker has been removed then the return will be invalid.
If you try to repair the item yourself, or involve a third party to do this,
a return (including partial refunds) will not be accepted so please get in touch with me,
if there is an issue with your item before attempting to repair it yourself.
You have 14 day returns from day to recived the item.
The buyer’s responsibility is to check the item (any damage during delivery, working order)
and contents on the day of delivery!.
Any irregularities or faults must be reported to me immediately by eBay message.
Please keep all packaging until you are sure you will be keeping your item
(we recommend keeping it for the full 14 day return window) as items need to be returned to us in original packaging.
Item must be returned in original condition.
PLEASE NOTE items listed as faulty, spares repairs untested, not working are exempt from 14 day returns.
Customer service is important to me and I aim to deliver a high level of service
