Payment

PayPal payments ONLY.

Payment expected within 7 days.

Postage

We will ship your item within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment. 

 All items are being sent via myhermes.co.uk or Royal Mail.

Returns

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. 

Before returning item you must contact us through (eBay's massaging service) to autorise a return. 

It is the customer's responsibility to return/ ship and to ensure the items returned are received in the original state, unused and undamaged. Delivery charges will be the customers responsibility. 

Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging and/or suitable for re-sale and will be able to accept a refund/exchange. 

Any items that are returned used and/or not in the original packaging and/or unsuitable for re-sale will be refused a refund/exchange and re-delivery charges will be the customers responsibility.

Please note: If there is any problem with the item you've received please get back to us asap - we are always happy to assist to solve it. Please DO NOT wash the item if you intend to return as we will not refund you the money if item is washed.

Missed Deliveries 

If you refuse delivery or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by your driver, your order will be returned to the sender, then we will hold your order until you get back to us and then will process a refund to you, deducting postage and "Refused / Return to sender' expense. Return postage costs may vary from £2.80 to £10 depending on Location, Parcel, Courier and Service. 

Feedback

We leave feedback as soon as your payment has been received. If you have had any problem with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback. We aim to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
