The part is a new. This is not an OEM Toshiba color wheel. It is a better! The unit is rated at higher RPMs and the motor is 0.5A (45% higher). It will not become noisy or break like the ones originally sold by Toshiba made in China. This one is made in Korea. The picture is a stock image of an example of what a color wheel looks like. Payment: We accept PayPal only. Payment is required within 3 day of the end of the auction.
Shipping and Handling: We ship to US and Canada only. Most purchases will be shipped the same day the payment has been received. We do so every day except Sundays and holidays for a flat rate. The shipping charges reflect the combined coast of the expedited delivery, confirmation/tracking number, packaging materials and services as well as handling charges.
