1. USB-C Power Delivery port does not support data transfer.
2.It is recommended to connect the hub to your computer before connecting devices to the hub. When connecting a non-powered external hard drive to the hub, use the 0.9A USB 3.0 port for best performance.
3. The USB-C port on your laptop or cell phone must support the Display or Thunderbort to transfer video signal.
