This is a waterproof sheet with a stitched lining/backing
In the middle of all 4 sides a Velcro opening has been made to insert something,
Possibly Blankets-clothing-poles
2 ends of the lining have been hemmed and a small opening for possibly poles/string ??
It does say on some of them B/Blanket.
This can be used for many things
Blanket - Groundsheet- Cover- Oversized Cushion etc...

This is a brooks blanket designed by capt brooks ramc they where used in n ireland to put over soldier hit with petrol bomb the holes in side where to pour water into it replaced a wet wool blanket as used at start
