What we can and will do is promise that we will continue to operate our 'refund or replace' policy. This means you will never lose out if your order goes missing or is too late for your needs. We post most orders within 2 working days , usually quicker. We will inform you in the rare event of a delay on our part.

We no longer deliver to Israel unless the customer purchases a tracking service as too many items are late or go missing. Until the Israeli Postal service improves this will remain our policy.

Customers in the following countries may experience delay. This is due to poor postal service performance : South America (all countries) / Israel / India / Far east / Italy / Spain.
