This item is a rare and vintage ”BLUE GLASCO PEDESTAL EYE WASH CUP”.  The cup is made of glass and has an 8 panel design on both the bowl and pedestal.

The manufacturer’s name (GLASCO) is in raised, upside down, and backwards letters on the bottom of the cup.  When viewing the lettering from the top side of the cup, the lettering appears correct (see pictures).  The line between letters “C” and “O” is a seam created during manufacturing. It is not a crack.

The cup is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
