ITEM CONDITIONS:ITEM HAS WEAR IN SOME OF THE FOLD CREASES,THERE ARE SOME VERY VERY LIGHT DIRT SPOTS,MOST OF THE PAGES ARE VERY CLEAN,THERE ARE NO REAL TEARS TO SPEAK OF(OTHER THAN POSSIBLE CENTER OF THE PAGE FOLD MICRO SIZED TEARS,WHICH IF ANY THEY ARE SMALL & HARD TO SEE)STILL A NICE LOOKING MANUAL CONSIDERING ITS SIZE & RARITY.
