208V - 240V / 5 KW 5'000 Watt electric heating element, fits just about all electric heating furnaces, and heat pumps. 3/8” Outer Diameter (OD) with bolt type (screw) connectors.
The outside diameter of the coils is a tiny bit less than 3/8", it will expand after getting hot! 

Since many older heating elements are no longer available or very expensive, your money-saving option may be to repair them using a restring kit.

Please make sure that you order the correct size (3/8” or 3/4” outer diameter) and type of ends (bolt or spade).
Some heaters require two or more kits. Check for cracked or broken ceramic insulators. I carry replacement insulators in my shop.
Most restring kits come with a fuse. If your existing heater already has a fuse installed, the included fuse may not be necessary.

NOTE: The heater coil needs to be stretched out to at least 40" and max. 120".
Coil Length before stretching about 25" long.

NOTE: Some furnaces list the heater as 4.6KW or 4.8KW (9.6KW with 2 strips) – don’t worry, this coil will fit!
Rated heating power: at 208 Volt  = 3.75 KW  -  at 250 Volt  = 5.0 KW
