Lost Items

We are relying on Royal Mail and other courier (DHL, UPS) services. Damaged Goods In Transit

We pack our items securely to ensure that items arrive in good condition. You must inspect package before signing for delivery, if you see any sign of mishandling or damage to the package, bring this to delivery person’s attention and make sure they make a note in their system about the damage. Please keep the item and packaging in original condition as you have received it. We will make a claim with relevant courier and they may need to inspect the package. In case of any manufacturing fault buyer needs to send the item back for testing and we will repair / offer working replacement of the item depending upon the nature of fault. We will only provide a replacement or refund after we receive the item back.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time-frame of the original defective item.

Warranty Claim Process:

● Buyer must contact us via eBay messages for RMA number. we won’t be able to identify returned goods without RMA number.

● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase Copy of sales invoice (which was sent to you via email on your eBay registered email address) or PayPal payment proof with date (i.e. PDF print of PayPal transaction detail page)

● The defective item’s part number and visible proof illustrating the defect are required

● It will be necessary to return an item for inspection

It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
