This engine heater is made to preheat your car engine in cold weather before starting it.

Engine preheating reduces toxic emissions, reduces wear on the engine, the car consumes less fuel and
supplies warm air to interior quicker.

It works with a stationary car by using a ≈230 Volt AC power supply via cable in your parking location, house, office, etc.
