SHIPPING & PACKING: We gladly ship worldwide and package your order with care for fast, safe and secure delivery. Our packaging process includes the following:

STEP 1. 200# Test crush resistant box (model kits, figures, books, detail sets, decals, paints, paint supplies, model railroading supplies, diecast toys and other fragile items are always shipped in a 200# Test box). 200# Test boxes provide more strength and protection than a standard 32 ECT box – the light weight alternative.

STEP 2. Bubble bag, poly bag or both! We place light weight and fragile items in a padded bubble bag/sealed pouch for added protection. Then seal the item in a poly bag.

STEP 3. Packing peanuts are added to the package as a final safety measure.

STEP 4. Packages are taped sealed to avoid tampering.

RETURNS: We offer a NO HASSLE return policy. If you are unhappy with your order please return the item for a full refund. All returns must be in the original, factory box or package. We do accept return of opened items, but a 20% restock fee will be applied.
