Packaging:
All items are brand New, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original and retail packaging (where packaging is applicable), if the item comes direct from manufacturer, it may be delivered in retail packaging, such as plain or printed box or plastic bag. See all terms and conditions below:
Postage & Delivery :
We will post all items out within one working day of receiving your payment.
Postage is normally free and usually Royal Mail 2nd class for small / large letter, and Royal mail 2nd Class Signed for items that are classed as a large.
We use Royal Mail 2D Barcode Scanning System on all our parcel, if you don't receive your item within the expected delivery date, please contact us, so we can track it for you.
Feedback :
If you have any issues with any item that you receive please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will try our upmost to resolve any issues. If you are happy with your item when you receive it please leave us feedback.
Returns:
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the item, please contact us within 30 days of buying for a no questions asked refund. However we do expect the item to be posted back to us in the same condition as it was received in before the refund will be given (Please note that the buyer pays return postage).
Returns on Jewellery, Personal/Intimate items, Swimwear, Lingerie and Underwears are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. It is always advised that any return is done through eBay returns.
