The device offers two gain control ranges that can be controlled via a three-wire digital interface and allows the user to fine tune gain control for maximum receiver sensitivity.
The AD8370 operates at the popular wireless IF frequency of 70/140/190/240/380MHz. High output compression and fine gain control adjustment make this device ideal for digital receiver AGC circuits for GSM / CDMA2000 / W-CDMA cellular base station applications.
Fabricated on an advanced silicon bipolar process, the AD8370 operates from a single 3 V or 5 V supply and is available in a space-saving 16-pin ultra-thin compact (TSSOP) package with a temperature range of –40oC to +85oC.
