Our Professional Special Photo Editing Service is for adding the image of a deceased loved one or missing person to another photo. It can be a family or a group photo that you want the deceased loved one / missing person to be included in. We will evaluate the photos that you will send us via eBay message. We can also help you choose the best photos to use if you are struggling which ones would work together in the photo layout.
The Base Price ($60) in this listing may include the following photo editing service:
► Adding of one (1) image or subject to another photo (Note: There will be an additional cost if we are adding more than (1) person, and also if we need to extend/edit the background image in order to have enough space for the person to be added.)
► Adjusting opacity or transparency of the deceased loved one if requested (Please mention in your message if you would like the deceased loved one to be spirit-like (semi-transparent), or you prefer just the norm (no transparency). NOTE: Not all image can appear just the norm, as it will depend on the quality/sharpness of the deceased loved one's photo.)
► Adding your personal wording or short phrase (Please mention if you have one.)
► Adjusting exposure / brightness / contrast

Please contact us with any questions before you purchase (very important), especially if you have a specific type of edit that you need and is not listed in this particular service. The cost for extensive or more complicated photo editing/restoration will be evaluated on a case by case basis. It is best to contact us first so we can provide you an accurate cost. The price shown in this listing does not cover complicated photo editing (such as: photo restoration, color correction, adding cropped body part(s), extending / adding detailed photo background).
Below is our detailed instructions:
1. We advise that you contact us first by sending us a message and mention your specific wish or detailed expectations for this special photo editing order. We will send you the email address to send your photos to. Please send the largest or highest resolution photos in JPEG format (scanned in 300dpi if you have a scanner). You will receive a response from us within 12 hours.
2. After we discussed the details of editing work and you then decide to go with our service, we will message you a link to purchase the Special Photo Editing service listing.
3. Once payment is received, we will begin to process your order.
4. The turnaround time (during regular or not busy month) for each project is approximately within 7 to 14 business days (depending on the complexity of the project) from the day you made the payment. *** Please keep in mind during very busy months (such as May, June, October, November and December), it might take approximately between 2 to 4 weeks. ***
5. We will send you the Edited Digital Photo Proof in JPEG format (with our shop's logo/text) through eBay message. Once you approve the digital proof, we will email you the Final Digital File (without our shop's logo/text). If there is a need for minor changes / revisions, please let us know, we will continue working on your photo until you are completely satisfied. But please note that major changes not discussed initially (such as: replacing an image, adding more details in certain areas, moving a person's image to another position, removing of an object and other complex editing) may incur additional fee. Once you approve the proof, we will email you the Final Digital File (without our shop's logo/text).
Please understand that we don’t provide a proof (spec work) of the photo layout before purchase. All our actual layout / editing work begins after purchase. And the project cannot start until we have finalized all the needed info and photos to be used on a certain project. We also provide one (1) Edited Digital Photo Proof File according to the agreed detailed scope of editing work. A request for a different or second proof will incur additional fee.
Digital File means, there will be no actual printed copy to be sent to you. You will receive the final edited digital photo file from us through email. You can print this digital file using your home printer, or you can send it to an online printing services, or just take the digital file to your local photo center / printing shop and you can have it printed however many pieces you would like.
The Final Edited Digital Photo File is for personal use only and NOT for resale or business use.

Digital Files are non-refundable due to its nature. All Sales are FINAL.
