Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Cornell Dubilier Tiny Chief capacitor. This is marked .03 uf 600v, and will test around .033-.047 uf, with a small amount of leakage. This tests a lot better than most Tiny Chief caps. Please see my pictures for details and sample test results.
