Payment

Payments accepted via PayPal only so please do not ask for cash on pickup or bank details.

Payment must be processed within 3 working days after auction ends.

The item will be dispatched on the next business day, following receipt of payment

Returns

Goods will be accepted for return subject to refund ONLY if item/s is/are described incorrectly.

Goods must be in their original condition and returned within (7) seven days of receiving.

Buyer is responsible for shipping.

All legitimate complaints will be given first priority with item/s purchased.

Goods are available for postage within Australia (unless otherwise specified)

or pickup in Victoria (if goods are specified for pickup).

International bidders please wait for invoice before paying.

Goods will be sent via Australia Post or couriers (please see delivery/postage method for each listing)

Goods will be sent registered upon request.

Multiple items can always be combined where possible to reduce postage.

Within Australia 100g-500g or 3kg Parcel Post Satchel

Express Post Satchel, 3kg for item value $50 & more, these can be electronically tracked

Items that are heavier than the satchel limits or don?t fit are charged at the standard parcel rate.

Registered post and insurance is only used if requested or it is stated in the listing.  (Unfortunately items sometimes do go missing or are damaged in transit.)
