POSTAGE

'Free shipping' items will be sent via Australia Post using Regular Post without tracking. 

If you want to be able to track your item, please choose Express Post or Signature Post (within Australia only).

Items are posted within 1-2 business days of payment, and usually received 2-5 business days after postage (2 weeks for international), however delays are possible.

If you require your item in less than 10 days time, please contact me first or choose Express Post shipping. 

Please note we cannot post to Parcel Locker addresses. If posting to a business address, you MUST include the company name in the shipping address to avoid issues with delivery.

Once the package is out of my hands and into the postage system, I cannot guarantee the safe and timely receipt of your package.

Please note that packages DO get lost in the mail every now and then.

If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks (4 weeks for international), please contact me and I will try my best to help.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with the item you have received, please contact me regarding returns and refunds.

Buyer pays for return postage and original postage cost will not be refunded, except in the case that the item has been incorrectly advertised. 

If an item is damaged, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
