Excellent. No breaks, cracks or chips. No crazing in glaze. Gold star on tree & tree in sleigh has small amount of paint loss. Box shows wear from regular use. Fitted styrofoam in box keeps each piece secure, but I have reinforced under the reindeer so it stands up straight, and have bubble-wrapped around each piece to ensure they don't rub against each other. I also reinforced the top piece of styrofoam where the tree star pushed through.
