Strap measures 11” from top of handle to the bag opening. 11” strap allows you to comfortably carrying your items and allows easy access to contents inside the tote bag.

All our totes can be personalized with name or text to make your tote personal to you. If personalization is requested, we will provide a proof before printing.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR PERSONALIZED TOTE:
Please include the following in the notes to seller section when you check out:
1. Color font(s) you would like
2. Personalization (quote, name, dates, etc)
3. Please include “need by date”
4. Purchase your item

SPECIAL NOTES:
Please be aware that some of our designs use fonts that do not have capital letters or lowercase letters. For example: if an item is shown with lowercase letters in the design, your item(s) will be printed with lowercase letters even if you type capital letters in the notes – you will see this when we send you a proof for approval.

Since all monitors and screens vary in terms of brightness, contrast and colors, your bag may not match exactly as what you see on your viewing screen. Also, since the designs are generated via computer they may not be as bright or vivid as seen in the images. Not all bags look alike because they are custom made when order is placed.

RETURN POLICY:
We do not accept returns on personalized items as we will be communicating thru the process and you will be approving the final proof before we go to print.
