You are looking at a very clean and well-presented luxury caravan with a massive seating play area outside. There is a shop on site with a cash machine. 10 minutes walk to the beach and FANTASY ISLAND also 5 mins bus ride to BUTLINS ATTRACTION and 10 mins bus ride to Skegness. A new BAR & RESTAURANT opened on site. Hardy animal farm with kids play area 5 mins walk from the park.

•  The Chase is pleased to announce the new 1.5-million-pound development on their caravan park  The development boasts a large Family Bar and Restaurant offering an excellent variety of food and drink, live entertainment and showing live sports. It also contains a large indoor children's soft play area. Outside there is substantial south facing decked area complete with seating and a large outdoor children's playground. Also included in the development is a state of the art launderette.

The caravan itself has one double bedroom and a single room with twin beds. With a further sleeping area in the lounge. A total of six people can stay over. There is a gas fire in the lounge and oil heaters in the bedrooms. Onsite wifi subject to purchase. 

It comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay : 

Tv with Freeview and digital tv in all bedrooms, DVD player, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, crockery, cookware, and utensils etc... There is also an ironing board with iron.  You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels. 

Payment can be made via cheque or bank transfer to PayPal. 

The entire balance must be paid in full within 6 weeks of the chosen date of your stay.  Failure to comply will result in the advertisement of the caravan and loss of your bond. A refundable bond required on arrival at an exchange of keys.
