Buyer must verify their address prior to bidding. If your package is returned due to faulty address, then buyer agrees to pay the return shipping fees, as well as secondary shipping fees to get the item back to a valid address. If buyer wants a refund for the item under such conditions, then the buyer agrees to pay the costs for the original shipping as well as the return shipping to sender.
