Shipping
Our item ships via USPS or FedEx. Once a shipment is processed the tracking # will be uploaded to eBay for you to track your item.
We strive to ship items same day if cleared payment is received by 2:15pm CST Monday through Friday.
Please note we cannot control the length of time a carrier takes to deliver your item. Please be patient during weekends, holidays, and times of inclement weather as these factors directly effect the length of time a carrier may take to deliver your item.
Payment
All payments are accepted via PayPal. If you pay with a PayPal eCheck we must wait for the eCheck to clear before we are allowed to ship your item.
Texas residents are responsible for 8.25% Sales Tax
DOA Warranty
A DOA Warranty may or may not be included with the sale of this item. Please check the Item Report for warranty details. A DOA Warranty is simply a guaranty that the item will not be Dead On Arrival. For Example: A 14 Day DOA Warranty allows for 14 calendar days after the delivery date to open and test the item. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to complete and inspection or testing within the 14 calendar days. This is a limited warranty and does not cover performance, appearance or compatibility. If an item is to arrive DOA the purchaser must contact the seller via the eBay message system within the warranty period. In most cases a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not available then a refund will be issued.
Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy on most items. Refund will be given as Money Back. Buyer pays return shipping. Please include your eBay ID when returning an item so we may locate your order to process the refund.

Please, do not take for granted that any peripheral or other items needed for the operation, installation or use of the item described will be included. Such as, documentation, batteries, power packs, cables, drivers, software or any item other than what is listed in the auction. The picture is of the same model, but may or may not be of the actual item.
