The atlas comes with 2 original signed documents to doctor Carlos Arturo Torres for his work on this atlas .the first document is signed by the director of the institute Alfredo Diaz P. the second document is signed by the Author Edwardo Acevedo Latorre.The atlas and the documents are in spinach.It is in very good condition, hardcover with jacket,it measures app 17.5 inches x 13 inches, text is clean, no mark, pages are slightly yellow related to ages.

the dust jacket is in fair condition, shows heavy water stains only at the dust jacket, one chip piece at the bottom of the spine and moderate tears at the jacket. the atlas itself is in a very good condition.
