SHIPPING/DELIVERY

-          we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business working days of receiving payment (this does not include bank holidays)

-          generally all items ordered before 12pm are dispatched on same day

-          otherwise they are dispatched the next day, assuming payment has been cleared

-          depending on the weight, size and value of the item, they are dispatched either through royal mail or other courier

-          delivery times vary from 2-5 business working days from date of dispatch

-          we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering which are out with our control 

-          (i.e customer not being in to receive the item,  severe weather conditions,      employee strikes etc)
