This is a 2007 San Deigo Comic Con Release. 

This one specifically was originally purchased by the original owner from Ron English's shop and was on display. It is hand signed "English" on one part on the side of the 400% figure. 

When looking very closely, there is a small mark on the white part of the front of the nose, almost like a paint chip of sort, I can not tell if this came out of the factory like this or was caused when it was on display.

This piece was purchased by the original owner, and then never displayed, but rather sat in the box the whole time. 

This will be shipped in the original box it came in as shown. 

Nothing else was included.
