The Linwood Mine is Known for Producing some of the Finest Barite Crystals and Calcite Crystals in the United States and is one of the largest under ground limestone mine's in the USA. Most of the crystal pockets in this mine get destroyed due to blasting and get destroyed to keep the miners from taking specimens out. Every now and then , a spectacular pocket will be found and is saved as was this Calcite Pocket.

This Specimen is 9 1/8 inches long , 5 3/4 inches wide and 5 1/8 inches tall.

It is in Great Condition with some blemishes that don't hurt the looks much at all if any and it Displays Perfect.
