In testimony whereof we have granted him this Certificate with our names and the seal of the Lodge attached this ______ day of ____ ____"   It also has spaces or the CC, VC and RS  to sign.

YOU MUST SEND ME your Name and date Knighted. If you want I can also fill in the spaces for CC, VC and RS if you like. 

It has been printed on a parchment like acid free paper and NOT with an INKJET printer and is suitable for framing.

The document will be shipped in a sturdy TUBE and will NOT be folded for shipping. You will receive it in perfect condition with no folds or creases! I DO NOT charge handling, only the priority mail stamp!
