See pics for more detail, this clown is in the original box and shows no sign of use. The battery compartment is not only clean but there are no scratches from battery removal. The bottom of the shoes have no wear either. The cymbals have never been installed either. I rested them on there for the pictures. If you were to push them on all the ways you couldnt get them off cleanly. This toy is approx 10.5" tall. The back of his head has matted down red hair. The costume shows some age yellowing. This clown is great for the collector, circus or odd. I wanted to keep it but my better half said NO WAY. I gues it is a little creepy.
