Fabric colours that you are seeing on your screen depends on the individual browser settings that you apply therefore they are only representative of the actual, physical colours of the fabrics. Therefore we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you obtain samples BEFORE you place your order, this service is FREE OF CHARGE and as such we cannot offer any help should orders be made based purely on screen interpretation.

In order to receive your samples please contact us through Ebay noting the samples that you require (up to 10) with your postal address. These will be sent out immediately.

SHIPPING - All orders placed before 9am Mon-Fri are despatched that day otherwise within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the Monday. Royal Mail 48 is the standard method of transit but express delivery options are available at checkout including 24 hour, tracked and signed for.

CHARGES - Postal charges, where applied, are clearly shown within the listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you purchase, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes.

• Made to measure products are not subject to Distance Selling Regulations, and where incorrect  measurement information has been provided we cannot issue a refund in these circumstances.
• You have 48 hours following receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective goods due to manufacturing, or damage caused while being in the delivery process. We will deal with your queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent, we reserve the right to replace faulty items at the original sizes given.
• We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported or to ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• 1. If you wish to return your item, you must inform us of your intention within seven working days of receipt
  2. The item and any packaging must be in the same condition as it was when you received it and in a re-saleable condition. The item must be securely packed and clearly labelled for return, and a proof of posting must be obtained and retained until we inform you that we have received your item.
  3. Made to measure orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from time of ordering.
  4. No postage and packing paid in buying the item or returning the item will be refunded
