This ad is for the Belimo LMB24-3-T motor retrofit kit only, and does not include the Honeywell Trol A Temp MSTN or EWC MAN motors pictured with the Belimo LMB24-3-T motor. Please note, the old Trol A Temp MSTN and EWC MAN motors are shown for illustration only. 

Uses the industry standard Belimo LMB24-3-T electronic commercial motor to replace old and broken Honeywell MSTN and EWC MAN 8 terminal motors.  This  Belimo motor carries a 5 year factory warranty, and its brushless design means it will far outlast the factory OEM motor, at less cost!  


*Kit mounts in minutes with included hardware, and offers a clutch for manual operation.


*Motor features infinite set point adjustments to allow minimum bypass air, a valuable feature not possible with the old motor.

*Can be wired into system or zone still using old Trol A Temp or EWC motors.


*Never obsolete: if the actual old Trol A Temp or EWC damper breaks down in the future, the Belimo LMB-24-3-T motor can be removed and remounted on our state of the art SD3085 damper body, sold separately.
