We will pay for return shipping via reimbursement (upto the value of $45 for Australian customers).
Returns and warranty claims are handled through our ACT branch which means quick and easy postage for Australians.
Returned products must be in the same condition as you've received them with all internal and external packaging undamaged and all accessories, manuals, swing tags and labels must be complete and intact for a full refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your purchase price if we find that the goods are not in such a condition; however, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Any refund of the purchase price of the returned product will exclude delivery charges. Products that are faulty will be either replaced, repaired or refunded in full including delivery costs, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We source a wide range of fantastic products from a variety of places but stock is usually limited which means that we may not always be able to offer you a replacement on a returned product. Replacements are made on a like-for-like basis and will be offered, if available, where the item you received was faulty or damaged.

All retailers are required to accept faulty returns by law, but we are happy to provide Refunds for all "change of mind" returns as well, less our restocking fee - and you will have 30 days to decide!
Simply return your item for any reason, in brand new and unuséd/sealed condition - exactly as received with the retail box and all tags in tact and we will promptly issue a full refund of the purchase price less the advertised restocking fee.
If however there is any fault with the item, it will be inspected upon receipt and a full refund will be issued including the return postage. You can be sure that if the item is faulty you are fully covered and will not be out of pocket for any postage costs.
