The documentary comes in two basic formats to choose from DVD video disc (PAL or NTSC video formats) which will work in any normal DVD player worldwide.  (There are no subtitle options on the DVD but imbedded subtitles appear with certain historic clips to make clear what is being said.)

Or you can buy a Data DVD disc, which contains a mp4. 1080p HD video file of the full documentary which will play on computers/laptops, PS3/PS4, most newer Blu-ray players on any such mp4. video playing device. 
(This Data DVD will include a few bonus videos; a Trailer of JFK - 911, a message appeal from 
Francis Richard Conolly to fund the sequel follow-up film. Also included is separate conspiracy doc  "September 11 - The New Pearl Harbor" which the latter is of ok quality audio and video and just added to fill the disc up.)



Audio and video quality:
The audio and video quality of this documentary is very good on both normal DVD video and mp4.1080p video file, however archival and historic film clips are used throughout and due to their nature can have varied quality.  As the DVD is well put together making use of all the disc the difference between the DVD video and the mp4. 1080p video file is minimal but the 1080p mp4. file has less compression artifacts then the DVD (or any DVD in general) if you were to split hairs, so to speak. 
This is a Multi-Region (Region 0/ALL) DVD, and should play on most DVD players in the world.
