The Saniplus 2 set the standard for macerating toilets 20+ years ago, it is the worlds most widely used macerator system. This unit is a direct replacement for all generations of the Saniplus Part# 002. It is also similar to the Sanipro XR, Sani 3 and the M300 from the big box stores.

- Items are usually shipped the same day if
the payment is made by 3pm EST
- We ship via Fed Ex and USPS. Tracking
information is always sent to your email address. Please check any spam
filters as it may end up there.
- If you need a package overnighted or
expedited let us know. Please notify us prior to payment so we
can invoice you for the additional charges.
- International buyers are responsible for
all tariffs, duties, taxes, fees and Vats. Customs forms will be completed
in accordance with US law.
- We can only ship to confirmed Paypal
addresses.
- If paying by Paypal, please do not send
payment until your Paypal address is confirmed.

Return policy
- If an item is received by you as not
working, damaged from transit, not as described, etc. please contact
us immediately.
- Returned items must be approved and must
accompany the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) we provide.
- If an item is defective a replacement
will be shipped when the defective item is received back to us.
- If a replacement is not available, a
refund will be granted when the defective item is received back to us.
- Unauthorized returns, or items returned
for reasons other than defect, damage or inaccurate description are
subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the labor and freight we incurred
shipping the system to you. .
- If we have not shipped your item we do
not charge a thing.
