Unlike some similar kits, this features the TEN 4WD platform with all metric hardware, metal drive shafts, 3 diffs, metal 12mm wheel hexes, Mod 1 spur gear, lcg chassis, 12mm shocks and more. Plus upgrade options and spare parts support is pretty good. All that for just a little more than a new 2wd Traxxas VXL roller.

This is labeled as used because there is no such thing as a "brand new" roller unless it came that way from the factory and is unopened. Many sellers are not following eBay rules when it comes to condition.
If you want the original box, let me know before buying. The shipping dimensions will need to be changed in the listing.
*Again, make sure you research before clicking. There are tons of videos and info out there. It's up to you to know what you are buying, like caps possibly popping off the shocks or some screws needing threadlock before running for example.
With parts sold separately, this can be converted into multiple vehicles like a desert buggy DB, short course truck SCT, monster truck MT or the new Tenacity DB Pro. Losi sells the Pro upgrade kit for this with an aluminum chassis, aluminum shocks, aluminum shock towers, swaybars and more for $99.
That means you could have a new Losi Tenacity PRO slider/pre-roller for as little as $289 + shipping. Now compare that to a mostly plastic new 4x4 Slash LCG brushless slider with no servo which regularly sells for around $300. Then this deal will become even more apparent. On top of that, there will be parts left over to sell and get money back, or keep as spares, unlike buying an already assembled PRO roller, which may not even be available for purchase.
You might be able to buy that aluminum performance "PROformance" kit from me on ebay with this slider, but it would need to be by clicking the make offer button and entering $310 or more due to fees. So it's probably better to buy those upgrades from another seller.
