Processing Time & Payment:

1. It could take up to two business day to ship out after full payment is received. Each product is inspected and tested before shipping it out to ensure the product is free of defect

1. We only ship to the address stated on your account profile.

2. We use Canada Post on most orders, they generally takes 3 business days and up to 20 days for domestic locations. Oversea shipping could take up to 60 working days for some countries.

3. Fast shipping or/and tracking number can be provided with additional fees. Please message us for a shipping quote before placing order if you have such request.

4. If you haven’t received your order 15 days after payment is cleared within domestic regions; or, if more than 30 days for oversea locations, 8please do contact us and let us work on it.

5. We are NOT responsible for custom charges if the product is shipped out of Canada.

6. We can NOT be responsible for any delivery delay including, but not limited to, custom’s hold up, post office strike, etc.

Product Cares:

1. All products are made with natural materials and they do not need any special detergent!

2. Gentle rubbing with a soft dry cloth or cloth with small amount of water/ mild soap water to wash away dirt and grease. DO NOT soak into any liquid.

3. Gentle hand lotions or Vaseline can smooth and shine the leather.

4. Product could discolor very slightly due to rubbing and/or sweat and it is non toxic and is completely safe to use.

5. Please DO NOT untie any knot on your product as each knot is designed to hold the product together.

6. It is consider normal wear and tear if any knot is coming loose, you may try using a pair of pliers to grab and pull the end to tighten. However, apply too much force could result the leather cord to break so please proceed with cares.

Return Policy:

We DO NOT accept any return in general as we will always inspect the product before shipping.
