We offer exclusive 1 Years warranty* for Manufacturing defects in the most hassle-free way possible. This limited warranty does not affect your statutory rights provided by law.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
● Returns must include all accessories
● Items must include original packaging
● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality related warranty claims, we will only refunds the cost of the product itself
● Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
Warranty Claims for Manufacturing Defect Issues
Advertised item sold by lite-an is covered by 1 Year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
In case of any manufacturing fault buyer needs to send the item back for testing and we will repair / offer working replacement of the item depending upon the nature of fault. We will only provide a replacement or refund after we receive the item back.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time-frame of the original defective item.
Warranty Claim Process:
● Buyer must contact us via eBay messages for RMA number. we won’t be able to identify returned goods without RMA number.
● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase (i.e. Copy of sales invoice which was sent to you via email on your eBay registered email address)
● PayPal payment proof with date (i.e. PDF print of PayPal transaction detail page)
● The defective item’s part number and/or visible proof illustrating the defect are required
● It will be necessary to return an item for inspection
It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
● Buyer’s accidental returns
● Returning items claimed to have defects but found by lite-an quality control to be in working condition
● Returning items back for refund after a certain period of time then according to "Consumer Contracts Regulations"
Not Covered Under Warranty:
● Products without sufficient proof of purchase
● Physical Damage, Fault Caused by normal wear and tear
● Items that have expired their warranty period
● Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
● Physical Alteration, Mishandling, Liquid Damage
● Repaired item through 3rd party
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
Lost Items
We are relying on Royal Mail and other courier (DHL, UPS) services. Delays and lost in transit are rare however, if an item does not arrive within the time frame of selected postal service, please contact us via eBay message. Sometimes delivery can take some extra time due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow few extra days, than the estimated delivery date.
Damaged Goods In Transit
We pack our items securely to ensure that items arrive in good condition. You must inspect package before signing for delivery, if you see any sign of mishandling or damage to the package, bring this to delivery person’s attention and make sure they make a note in their system about the damage. Please keep the item and packaging in original condition as you have received it. We will make a claim with relevant courier and they may need to inspect the package. You must inform us by eBay message along with the picture of the damage item & packaging within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods.
