Defective/Damaged
Part(s)
Once you received the item, if any part of the
item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, we will
ship you the replacement part(s) at our cost. If the item got damaged during
shipping, we will open damage claim from shipping courier.
Exchange/Refund
· If you are not totally satisfied with the item
you purchased from us, you could return the item within 14 days of receipt for
exchange or refund.
· For refund we will charge 20% of the total price
as restocking fee.
· For bird cage, parrot cage, and parrot stand, the
assembled item is NOT eligible for return.
· Please contact us to obtain a RMA number for the
return before you send back the item.
· Items must be returned at new & unopened
condition, in the original package.
· Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
